- Helping implement strategies from therapists, SENCOs, and class teachers.
- Creating a safe space where students feel seen, understood, and supported.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Psychology graduate (or someone with a strong psychology background) looking to gain school-based experience.
- Empathy, patience, and a real interest in behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Experience working with young people in any setting—schools, clubs, care, youth work—is a big plus.
- Thrive training? Brilliant. If not, we’ll train you up for free!
What You’ll Get:
- Full-time, long-term role in a well-supported SEND setting.
- Weekly PAYE pay—no umbrella deductions.
- FREE Thrive training and access to CPD to build your skillset.
- A friendly consultant who knows Bromley schools and is here to support you.
