We’re working with a genuinely welcoming Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school that’s looking for a full-time KS2 Primary Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a long-term role with strong potential to become permanent for the right teacher.

  • Engaged, respectful pupils who enjoy learning
  • A collaborative team where ideas are shared and support is always close by

The role

  • Creating a positive classroom culture with clear routines and expectations
  • Working closely with experienced teachers, support staff, and leadership

This role would suit an experienced KS2 teacher looking for consistency, or an ECT ready to build confidence in a well-run school.

  • A calm, confident classroom presence
  • Someone who values teamwork and open communication
  • A teacher open to long-term progression and stability

What you’ll get with Protocol Education

  • A dedicated consultant who listens and keeps things straightforward
  • Carefully matched roles in schools where teachers are valued
