Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 and classroom support
- Supporting students with additional needs
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Assisting lecturers and support staff
- Helping create an inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience supporting young people or adults with additional needs desirable
- Patient, adaptable and proactive approach
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and inclusion
