Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning?

Protocol Education is recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to work across schools in Ferryhill, supporting pupils who need additional academic, behavioural and emotional guidance.

You'll play an important role in helping pupils access their education, develop independence and feel confident in the classroom.

Role Details

• Full-time
• September start
• Monday-Friday
• 8:30am-3:30pm to 4:30pm
• Term-time only
• Long-term position

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Delivering focused literacy and numeracy interventions
• Providing individual and small group support
• Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties
• Working alongside class teachers and SENCOs
• Helping monitor and celebrate pupil progress

About You

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Previous experience within a school environment
• Confident supporting pupils with SEND
• Patient, proactive and compassionate
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
