We’re working with a friendly secondary school in Islington looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join their team. It’s a busy kitchen, plenty of energy, and a team that genuinely looks out for each other.
If you like staying active, enjoy being part of a team, and don’t mind the lunchtime rush, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the preparation of meals and snacks
- Serving food to students and staff with a friendly face
- Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and running smoothly
- Helping with deliveries and stock organisation
- Making sure food hygiene standards are spot on
What we’re looking for:
- Someone reliable, hands-on, and happy to get stuck in
- A team player who brings a positive attitude to busy days
- Previous kitchen or catering experience is great, but not essential
- A basic understanding of food hygiene (we can help with training if needed)
