Key Responsibilities
- Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Delivering targeted interventions and booster sessions
- Assisting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required
- Helping maintain positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
- Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
- Encouraging student confidence, independence, and achievement
Requirements
- Experience working with young people in an educational or support setting
- Strong classroom presence and communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- An adaptable and proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
