Looking to start a new TA role this September? Whether you're supporting phonics in EYFS or helping with behaviour management in KS2, we’re looking for Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to join our friendly, hardworking schools across The North Leeds area.

🧠 The Role – What to Expect:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of the classroom team — helping to deliver lessons, support pupils one-on-one or in small groups, and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Your day could include:
- Supporting teaching staff during lessons
- Running literacy or numeracy interventions
- Helping students with additional needs to access learning
- Preparing classroom resources and displays
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement across the school day
- Supporting students’ emotional wellbeing and development
✅ Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) REQUIRED
- Experience working in a UK school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
- Great communication skills and the ability to work well with both staff and students
- Flexibility, initiative, and a warm, nurturing approach
- A current DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply)
