We’re working with a welcoming school in Epsom looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with ASD, ADHD, Autism and SEMH needs. This is a full-time role where you’ll really get to know the children you support and make a difference every single day.
This role would suit you if you:

Have experience supporting children with SEND, particularly ASD, ADHD or SEMH

Or you’re a graduate in English, Maths or Science with a genuine interest in SEND and education

Are patient, consistent, and confident supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
-
Can work closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support staff
Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
-
Helping children stay engaged, regulated and ready to learn
-
Supporting social skills, routines and emotional wellbeing
-
Being a steady, reassuring presence in the classroom
What you’ll need:

A DBS on the Update Service, or be happy to apply for one

A positive attitude and a real passion for supporting young people

Reliability, patience, and a good sense of humour always helps
