Job Title: Psychology Graduate - Based in Dartford

Job Duties:
- Assist in the implementation of educational and behavioural strategies
- Support students with special educational needs in a classroom setting
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to teachers and parents
- Collaborate with educational professionals to develop individualised plans
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience working with children or young adults
- Knowledge of behavioural interventions and educational psychology
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Experience:
Previous experience working in educational settings preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and learning theories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training in special educational needs
- Experience with behaviour management techniques
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily in a school or educational institution
