Some young people need more than behaviour management. They need calm, consistent support from someone who can build trust, create structure, and help them re-engage with learning.
We’re recruiting a Behaviour & Inclusion Support Worker for a specialist setting in South Leeds, supporting children and young people who may have experienced exclusion, SEMH challenges, or barriers to learning in mainstream education.
This role is ideal for someone who can see beyond behaviour, build strong relationships, and help young people feel safe, supported, and ready to succeed.
