About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers across the PE department and wider school, helping to create a positive, energetic, and inclusive learning environment. This role is perfect for a student hoping to build skills in coaching, youth development, or teaching.
Key Responsibilities

Assist PE teachers during lessons, practical sessions, and extracurricular clubs

Support students with varying abilities to engage fully in lessons

Help set up and organise sports equipment and learning resources

Provide encouragement, motivation, and guidance to students

Contribute to after-school sports activities, teams, and events

Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behaviour
About You
