The Role

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across KS3 and KS4

  • Support students with SEND including ASD, ADHD and dyslexia

  • Help pupils stay engaged and on task in lessons

  • Work alongside teachers to adapt resources and tasks

  • Support academic progress and build pupil confidence

  • Contribute to a calm, focused classroom environment

You will gain exposure to a range of subjects and year groups, building valuable classroom experience.
