The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support across KS3 and KS4

  • Support pupils with SEND including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia and SEMH needs

  • Help pupils access learning in mainstream lessons

  • Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and tasks

  • Support behaviour through clear, consistent expectations

  • Build positive relationships that improve confidence and engagement

You will play a key role in ensuring pupils remain on track both academically and socially.
