The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support across KS3 and KS4

Support pupils with SEND including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia and SEMH needs

Help pupils access learning in mainstream lessons

Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and tasks
-
Support behaviour through clear, consistent expectations

Build positive relationships that improve confidence and engagement
You will play a key role in ensuring pupils remain on track both academically and socially.
