We’re working with a secondary school in Wakefield that’s ready to welcome a Maths Teacher who knows how to break things down, build confidence, and turn “I don’t get it” into “ohhh, that makes sense”.
Whether you’re an experienced teacher who’s seen it all, or an ECT ready to step into your first classroom, you’ll be supported from day one.

🧑🏫 What you’ll be doing:
- Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
- Turning tricky topics into lightbulb moments 💡
- Building confidence in students who’ve convinced themselves they’re “just not maths people”
- Working with a collaborative, no-ego department

- UK QTS (or working towards it)
- A clear, confident teaching style
- Strong behaviour management, calm and consistent
- Someone who can stretch high achievers and support those who need it most
