The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils across KS3 and KS4 in a variety of subjects
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support, including students with SEND such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Help students stay engaged, focused, and confident in lessons
  • Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and tasks
  • Build positive relationships that support both learning and wellbeing
  • Contribute to a calm and purposeful classroom environment

You’ll gain hands-on experience across different subjects and year groups, building a strong foundation for a future in education.
