The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across KS3 and KS4 in a variety of subjects
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, including students with SEND such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Help students stay engaged, focused, and confident in lessons
- Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and tasks
- Build positive relationships that support both learning and wellbeing
- Contribute to a calm and purposeful classroom environment
