The Role

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support students who need help managing behaviour and engagement
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups to build routines and positive habits
  • Help de-escalate situations calmly and effectively
  • Support students in lessons, as well as during transitions and unstructured times
  • Work closely with pastoral teams, SENCOs, and teaching staff
  • Encourage confidence, resilience, and a more positive approach to learning

You’ll be a consistent, supportive presence, helping students get back on track and feel more confident in school.
