The Role
As a Classroom Supervisor, you will:
- Lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher using pre-set work
- Keep students focused, on task, and engaged throughout the lesson
- Manage behaviour using clear and consistent school systems
- Support students with their learning where needed
- Work across a range of subjects and year groups
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
You’ll be the steady presence in the classroom, making sure learning continues and the day stays on track.
