The Role

As a School Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support students across KS3 and KS4 in and out of the classroom
  • Provide general classroom support when needed
  • Assist with behaviour management and student engagement
  • Help during key parts of the day such as break, lunch, and transitions
  • Step into lessons to support or supervise when required
  • Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff across the school
