The Role
As a School Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students across KS3 and KS4 in and out of the classroom
- Provide general classroom support when needed
- Assist with behaviour management and student engagement
- Help during key parts of the day such as break, lunch, and transitions
- Step into lessons to support or supervise when required
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff across the school
