The Role
As a Student Engagement Assistant, you will:
- Support students who need encouragement to stay engaged in lessons
- Work 1:1 and in small groups to build confidence and participation
- Help improve attendance, punctuality, and classroom focus
- Support behaviour management in a calm, consistent way
- Work closely with pastoral and teaching staff
- Act as a positive role model throughout the school day
You’ll be that extra layer of support that helps students stay on track and feel part of the school community.
