A welcoming primary school in BS11 is looking for a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs.

The school has a strong focus on inclusion and believes every child should feel safe, supported, and able to succeed. Staff work closely together to create a positive environment where pupils can build confidence and enjoy learning.

This role would suit someone who is interested in educational psychology, teaching, or working with young people.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs

  • Working with pupils 1:1 and in small groups

  • Helping children stay engaged in the classroom

  • Supporting pupils across different year groups

  • Assisting in the school’s specialist resource base
