The Role:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons within your specialist subject area
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress through effective teaching and feedback
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Encourage students to develop confidence, independence, and a passion for learning
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to support student achievement
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
