We’re looking for Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across primary schools in BS3. Whether you’re looking for a couple of days a week or something more regular, we’ll work around you.
No two days are the same, and that’s exactly the point.
What your day will involve:
You’ll support in different schools, year groups, and classroom settings. One day you might be in EYFS, the next in KS2.
You’ll step into classrooms and provide reliable, consistent support, helping pupils stay on track and teachers keep things running smoothly.
You’ll gain experience quickly, build confidence, and get a real feel for different school environments.
The ideal candidate:
You’re adaptable, reliable, and happy to try new things. You don’t need everything to be the same every day, you enjoy variety.
You’re confident working with different age groups and can quickly build rapport with both pupils and staff.
You’re organised, punctual, and ready to get stuck in.
