Are you a passionate and engaging ESOL teacher looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a motivated ESOL Teacher to join our friendly and supportive college in Leeds
You will deliver high-quality English language lessons to learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them develop confidence and practical communication skills.
About the Role

Teach ESOL classes with sizes ranging from 5 to 15 learners

Student ages typically between 16 and 40 years old

Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons

Support learners with varying English proficiency levels

Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback

Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment
What We’re Looking For

TEFL or CELTA qualification (essential)

Experience teaching ESOL / EFL learners (preferred)

Strong classroom management skills
