1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full-time
Pay: £93–£110 per day

We’re looking for a dedicated TA in BD7 to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis. This role is all about building trust, creating consistency, and helping a young person feel confident in school.
The role includes:
- 1:1 support tailored to the pupil’s needs
- Helping with routines, transitions, and learning tasks
- Working closely with teachers and support staff
- Celebrating progress, big and small
You’ll need:
- Experience with SEN or similar support roles
- A calm, reliable, and patient approach
- Strong relationship-building skills
