Protocol Education is working with schools across Sunderland looking for experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support pupils requiring additional academic and emotional support.

This rewarding role involves delivering structured interventions, supporting pupils with SEND and helping create a positive learning environment where every child can achieve their potential.

Role Details

• Full-time
• September start
• Monday-Friday
• 8:30am-3:30pm to 4:30pm
• Term-time only
• Long-term placement

Responsibilities

• Delivering literacy and numeracy interventions
• Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Working alongside teachers and SENCOs
• Monitoring pupil progress
• Encouraging confidence and independence

We're looking for

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Previous classroom experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Passion for inclusive education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
