We are looking for a caring, reliable, and compassionate 1:1 Support Worker to join our team in Shropshire. You will provide personalised, one-to-one support to an individual, helping them live as independently as possible while promoting their wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred, one-to-one support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care if required.
- Support community access, appointments, shopping, and social activities.
- Encourage independence and help develop life skills.
- Build positive, trusting relationships while respecting dignity and choice.
- Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and families where appropriate.

Essential
- Right to work in the UK.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Willingness to complete relevant training.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable
- Previous experience in care, support work, or working with people with additional needs.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if required for the role).
