Inclusion Officer/Youth Worker

I am recruiting an Inclusion Officer/Youth Worker who holds experience supporting young people facing barriers – the successful candidate will be joining a Supportive, friendly ,inclusive, mixed, multi-ethnic 11-18 Mainstream secondary school .

This role includes :

Running the facility for pupils who are struggling to fully engage in education 1-1  

Supporting students challenging behaviour, engagement and attendance

Communicating regularly & effectively with pupils, staff and parents
