Pay: £89 to £110 per day (PAYE)

This is a lovely opportunity to join a specialist setting supporting autistic pupils who benefit from calm routines and clear communication. If you’re caring, patient, and love seeing children achieve at their own pace, you’ll feel right at home.

Your day-to-day:

• Providing structured support to pupils with ASC

• Helping them access learning through visuals and routines

• Encouraging communication and independence

• Working with teachers and speech therapists

• Celebrating small steps and helping pupils feel secure

The ideal person:

• Has experience with SEND or autism

• Brings warmth and consistency

• Is reliable, patient, and thoughtful

• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
