Protocol Education is currently recruiting Early Years Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible, supply basis in Reception and Nursery classes across Primary Schools in Southwark. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a variety of school settings while supporting young children at a crucial stage of their development.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting pupils in Nursery and Reception classes within mainstream primary schools

Assisting the class teacher with engaging early years activities

Helping children with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy skills

Encouraging social development, independence, and positive behaviour

Providing one-on-one or small group support where needed
👩🏫 We’re Looking For:

Experience working with young children in a school, nursery, or childcare setting

A positive, caring, and flexible attitude

Availability for supply work during school hours (you choose your days)

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

Early Years qualifications are an advantage but not essential
