Inclusion Room Manager – Slough

 Slough

We’re working with a secondary school in Slough that is seeking to appoint an Inclusion Room Manager to join their highly effective and experienced pastoral team.

This new role is designed to add capacity to a team that is already dedicated and passionate about supporting students to achieve their potential—both academically and as valued members of the school community.

The Inclusion Room Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering a meaningful behaviour intervention curriculum for targeted students, helping them re-engage positively with learning and school life.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading and managing the Inclusion Room, ensuring interventions and support are tailored to each student’s needs.

  • Creating both long-term and short-term behaviour programmes.

  • Supporting students to reintegrate back into mainstream lessons, with structured monitoring.

  • Working closely with families to strengthen engagement with school.

  • Helping staff plan and apply effective strategies to support challenging students.

  • Playing a central role in the pastoral team, ensuring every student has access to a full and rewarding education.

About you

This role will suit someone who is:

  • Passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives.

  • Skilled at building positive relationships with students, staff, and families.

  • Experienced in behaviour support, mentoring, or pastoral work in schools.

  • Able to stay calm under pressure while motivating students to succeed.

Why this school?

You’ll be joining a supportive team that values collaboration and puts student wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. It’s a role where you can make a genuine, lasting impact.
