Protocol are working with a BS25 Secondary School to help them recruit a warm, friendly and pro-active individual to support a male student in a 121 role, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
You’ll be working closely with one student, helping him:

Regulate emotions and feel settled throughout the day

Stay engaged and access mainstream lessons

Build confidence, routines, and positive relationships
You’ll be that steady presence, the one who helps turn tricky moments into small wins.
