Teaching Assistant – Full Time – Bristol BS11

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Bristol, BS11. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact on their educational journey.
The role is available for a full-time position starting in September, with opportunities available for candidates who are able to start immediately.
What You'll Do:
✨ Support pupils across the classroom, both individually and in small groups
✨ Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities
✨ Help create a positive, safe, and encouraging learning environment
✨ Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development
✨ Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
✨ Work closely with teachers and support staff to provide the best outcomes for students
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, support, or youth setting
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ A patient, positive, and adaptable approach
✔ A genuine passion for helping children succeed
✔ Relevant education or childcare qualifications are desirable but not essential
