The Role
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group interventions.
- Help create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs where required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
